I had high hopes for Easy Life's household help services, but my experience was quite disappointing. While they boast of affordable rates, the quality of service I received was subpar. It took ages to get a response from their customer service, and when I finally did, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The revolving door of cleaning staff was frustrating, and I never got the same person twice. I regret not choosing a more reliable cleaning service.

I was disappointed with my experience using Easy Life for household help. Despite their claims of excellent service, the response time was slow and communication was often unclear. It took multiple inquiries just to receive a basic quote. The cleaning assistance I received was decent but far from exceptional. With so many options available, I expected a more seamless process. I won't be recommending this service to friends or family.
